Fountain Square

This was a development planned for the site of the historic Fountain Inn, a hotel, founded by Frank Waterman of the Waterman Fountain Pen Company, built in 1923. It later became Florida Hospital Waterman and was Lake County’s first general hospital. The building has since been torn down and the hospital was moved to a newly constructed building which is today known as Advent Health Waterman. The old site was planning this new development with shops, restaurants and apartments, with a brand that gave homage to the original historic hotel.

We developed the logo, corporate identity, pocket folder with inserts with information and floor plans, business reply cards, and website.
